OUR LOVE STORY
Freddy and Sarah have known each other since childhood, having grown up in the same church community. Though they were never close as kids, their paths began to intertwine when Sarah found her faith and joined the worship team in high school. They shared countless memorable moments within their large friend circles throughout their twenties, yet their relationship remained strictly platonic. Over time, something beautiful began to blossom between them. It struck Freddy during a Friendsgiving dinner when he thought to himself, “Wow, Sarah is amazing.” This moment ignited a spark of curiosity, making him wonder if there could be something more to their connection. The following year, as Freddy traveled often for work, he left his dog, Zoe, to the girls in apartment 101. To his surprise, Zoe formed a bond with Sarah, often snuggling with her. Meanwhile, Sarah found herself looking forward to Freddy's DM’s, realizing how much she missed him during his travels. That summer, Sarah took up tennis, and Freddy, eager to spend time together, decided to join her. Coincidentally, they kept being paired on the same team, where they enjoyed playful matches and genuine conversations together. Over time their bond grew closer, transforming their friendship into something deeper.
How we met
The proposal
4th of July was coming up and at this point Freddy already knew that he wasn’t playing any games and wanted to marry Sarah. He thought of the perfect location and with the help of one of his clients he decided on proposing at "The Quincy House." Although Sarah suspected a proposal, she had no idea it would happen that day. She wore a white dress, as her mom suggested for family pictures, and arrived with Shirley casually without makeup and with a chipped nail. Once they arrived, she opened the car door to see rose petals on the floor and suddenly she knew that that was the day he was gonna ask her to marry him. It was a day full of so much emotion and surrounded by family and friends. It was the best 4th of July ever. It truly was a longing fulfilled. God is faithful!
